- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of grounded ginger
Ginger syrup
- 50g of fresh ginger
- 80g of sugarcane rock sugar
- 10g of pandan leaves
- 10g of chrysanthemum flowers
- 3 cups of water
